Terms of Service
Last updated: September 9, 2026
1. Service
Nexa AI is subscription software for online booking, salon administration, AI-assisted customer communication, reminders and reporting. Features and usage limits depend on the selected plan.
2. Trial and subscription
New salons may receive a 14-day trial. When a payment method is connected, the selected subscription renews automatically after the trial unless canceled before the renewal date. Current prices are shown before checkout.
3. Billing
When Paddle Live is enabled, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and handles checkout, payment processing, applicable sales taxes, invoices and billing support. Subscription changes and cancellations are reflected according to the billing status shown in Nexa and Paddle.
4. Salon responsibilities
Salon operators are responsible for the accuracy of their services, prices, schedules, contact details and customer communications. They must use Nexa lawfully and must not collect prohibited or unnecessary sensitive information through booking forms.
5. AI limitations
AI-generated responses can be inaccurate. Nexa is an operational assistant, not a medical, legal or financial professional. Salon operators should review important customer-facing information and keep services, prices and policies current.
6. Availability
Nexa aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party outages involving hosting, messaging, AI or payment providers may temporarily affect features.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited for overdue payment, abuse, security risk or violation of these terms. Canceling a subscription normally preserves access through the end of the current paid or trial period unless otherwise stated.
8. Data and exports
Salon data remains associated with the salon workspace. Available plans may include history and Excel exports. Operators should keep any additional backups required for their business.
9. Changes
Nexa may update features, limits and these terms as the product evolves. Material changes should be communicated through the service or applicable customer channels.
