14-day trial

Where offered, the trial is free. Cancel before the stated trial end date to avoid the first paid renewal.

Cancellation

You can cancel from the billing portal. Access normally continues until the end of the current trial or billing period, and no further renewal is charged after cancellation takes effect.

Refunds

For subscriptions processed by Paddle, billing and refund requests are handled through Paddle as Merchant of Record, subject to applicable law and Paddle’s buyer support process. Contact billing support promptly if you believe a charge was made in error.

Plan changes

During a trial, Nexa can switch plans while keeping the existing trial end date. After the trial, Paddle may calculate billing adjustments according to the subscription change shown before confirmation.
